Services
ABC Permitting
Alcohol Management provides turnkey ABC permitting services. We meet with clients and assist in completing all required paperwork, set up building, zoning, and fire inspections, schedule an appointment with the NC ABC Commission, and hand carry the packet to Raleigh. From start to finish, we ensure your packet is accurate and complete.
Retail Permits
ABC permitting for restaurants, bars, hotels, private bars, convention centers, community theaters, sports clubs, common entertainment area, and more.
Commercial Permits
Permitting for brewery, winery, and distillery. In addition to state permits, we assist you with your federal basic permit from TTB.
Special One-Time Permits
Special one-time permitting for non-profit organizations and political organizations who wish to sell alcohol at a fundraising event.
Responsible Beverage Service Training
Our Alcohol Risk Reduction Training (ARRT) provides employees with the knowledge to legally and responsibly sell and serve alcoholic beverages. ARRT is an approved training program of the North Carolina Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission.
Employees
We provide face-to-face employee training at your business. The class lasts one hour and covers all of the national standards for employees and best practices for your business. Both employees and the business receive a Certificate of Completion.
Volunteers
Training for volunteers covers some of the same topics as training for employees, with added information about festivals and special events.
ABC Store Employees
Although ABC stores do not hold ABC permits, employees working at ABC stores can still be charged criminally and sued under the state Dramshop laws.
North Carolina ABC Laws and Regulations
Alcohol Management provides classes and seminars on the topic of North Carolina ABC laws and regulations.
Colleges and Universities
We offer a class specifically for students majoring in Hospitality Education and Event Planning covering North Carolina ABC laws, regulations, permitting and an overview of the system.
ABC Boards
Boards sponsor an ABC laws and regulations seminar for mixed beverage customers. Alcohol Management coordinates the seminar(s) and conducts the training.

Businesses selling alcohol can not eliminate liability; however, there are steps which can be taken to reduce liability. Alcohol Management can provide best practices for managing this liability.
Permittees
