About Us

Danny's career working within the alcohol industry spans more than 30 years.  As a North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement Agent (ALE) and Assistant Supervisor, Danny helped to develop responsible beverage service training for employees and conducted training for thousands of employees in hundreds of ABC-permitted businesses during his 14-year career.  After transferring to the North Carolina Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission as the first Director of Education and Training, he continued to develop new prevention programs and lead a team of dedicated training professionals.   After retiring in 2009, he joined Show Pros Entertainment Services in Charlotte as the Vice President of Training.  Danny contracted with the ABC Commission to issue ABC permits out of the Charlotte office for western North Carolina.  In 2021, he created Alcohol Management LLC, an alcohol risk management company, focusing on permitting, training, and risk management consulting.

Charlie Fuller has trained countless employees throughout North Carolina in responsible beverage service as an Information and Communications Specialist with the North Carolina Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission during his 18-year career.  Charlie's knowledge of ABC laws and regulations continues to provide valuable insight to business owners and organizations selling alcohol. After retiring, Charlie joined Alcohol Management as Vice President.  He continues to be a valuable resource to industry members,  non-profit organizations, and local governments.  Charlie is a frequent guest speaker for the North Carolina Association of Festivals and Events.  He conducts employee training and teaches Alcohol Risk Reduction Training (ARRT) for permittees, ABC boards and non-profit organizations.
